Public consultation and participation
How it works?
We design public consultations, which are not a formal obligation but a tangible tool for incorporating the voices of patients, staff, and communities into the development of healthcare policies and services. We help institutions create transparent and reliable participatory processes tailored to the local context. Our approach combines qualitative methods, behavioral tools, and Human-Centered Design principles to ensure that beneficiary feedback translates into practical and acceptable changes.
In-depth analysis of the needs, expectations, and barriers expressed by patients, healthcare professionals, and other user groups. This includes qualitative research, structured interviews, and the identification of insights necessary for further design.
Facilitating participatory processes in accordance with the principles of Human-Centered Design. We enable diverse groups – including those difficult to engage – to co-create solutions in a safe, inclusive, and well-designed space.
Developing concise reports containing key findings, observations, recommendations, and actionable scenarios. We create materials that institutions can directly use in decision-making processes, strategic documents, and implementations.
The voice of patients and staff is truly included in decision-making processes, which increases:
acceptance of the introduced solutions matching of services to actual needs effectiveness and sustainability of the implemented changes transparency and credibility of the institution
