Katarzyna is an expert in strategic communication and behavioral projects with over 15 years of experience designing data‑driven, behaviorally informed campaigns. She began her career as a journalist at The Guardian - today she advises governments, international organizations, and public institutions on how to communicate effectively in times of crisis and social tension

  • Over 10 years of experience in communication, marketing, and donor relations at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), working across 30+ countries.
  • Extensive experience managing multi‑million‑euro budgets and training communication teams through work with UNICEF.
  • Member of the Children and Youth Participation Committee at the Polish Ombudsman for Children’s Rights.
  • Leader of more than 100 workshops on behavioral science and strategic communication for government institutions, international organizations, and NGOs.
  • Author of scientific publications and an experienced conference and media speaker, including appearances on BBC World Service.

    in communication and social policy (University College London; University of the Arts London) complemented by professional training at the University of Oxford and Harvard University
