She began her career as a journalist at The Guardian - today she advises governments, international organizations, and public institutions on how to communicate effectively in times of crisis and social tension

Over 10 years of experience in communication, marketing, and donor relations at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), working across 30+ countries.

Extensive experience managing multi‑million‑euro budgets and training communication teams through work with UNICEF.

Member of the Children and Youth Participation Committee at the Polish Ombudsman for Children’s Rights.

Leader of more than 100 workshops on behavioral science and strategic communication for government institutions, international organizations, and NGOs.

Author of scientific publications and an experienced conference and media speaker, including appearances on BBC World Service.
