Participatory methods in service design workshop

How it works?

A specialized workshop that demonstrates how to effectively connect organizational needs with the perspectives of service users, especially those who are most difficult to engage. Participants learn how to conduct service design in an evidence-based manner, not based on intuition: from understanding real-world user experiences, through selecting appropriate participatory methods, to collaboratively creating solutions. The format is practical, engaging, and focused on generating results that can be further developed and tested.

  • Decision-makers and public service leaders
  • Managers and people responsible for cooperation with social groups
  • Representatives of local governments and entities responsible for public policies
  • People conducting public consultations or designing services
    • How can we truly include the voice of young people in the creation of health policy to ensure it responds to their needs and lifestyle?
    • How to work with groups that are difficult to engage (e.g. seniors, people with low health motivation, parents of young children)?
    • How to avoid the traps of apparent participation and truly leverage user knowledge?
