Creating behavioral analysis teams

How it works?

Instead of ad hoc, one-off initiatives, we support institutions in creating sustainable organizational structures that can independently apply behavioral science to the daily practice of designing health policies, programs, and public services. We help design and launch specialized behavioral science teams – from defining their role, operating model, and processes to full autonomy. We act as an implementation partner, working closely with institutional leaders to ensure that behavioral science integration becomes a permanent part of management, not a one-time initiative.

  • Government and local authority institutions Private organizations and healthcare entities Public benefit organizations, foundations and NGOs
  • Universities, research institutes and academic units Institutions implementing health and social policies
  • Developing a clear team vision and mission, action priorities, management structure and scope of responsibilities. Identifying key challenges the team should address, from prevention and communication to policy planning and service quality.

Training, workshops, and operational procedures which enable the team to work independently on analysis and implementation. We develop skills in intervention design, barrier analysis, prototyping, research, and communication.

Co-creating and implementing behavioral interventions in a real-world institutional setting. This includes solution design, testing, and evaluation, ensuring the team gains competencies "by doing."

Creating platforms, dashboards, repositories, and processes that ensure knowledge continuity and transparency across the team. Assisting in the development of policy briefs, analyses, and materials for further dissemination.

Developing financing strategies, integrating behavioral interventions into the healthcare system and organizational structures, mentoring, and building a community of practice that supports ongoing competency development.

A fully functioning and trained Behavioral Analysis Team with tested interventions, a clearly defined operating model, established management processes, and a plan for continued development and maintenance of competencies. A team is ready to independently and systematically implement a behavioral approach across the organization.
